Jerusalem Lodge No. 26 F. & A.M.
Academy of Humanities
Freemasonry emphasizes a serious study of the humanitites as an important key to unlocking knowledge and other great mysteries of our Western tradition - setting oneself on the path to understanding - which can lead to wisdom.
As men of virtue, culture and action, we will explore the tools a man can utilize on his journey through a consideration of philosophy, rhetoric, logic, law, politics, architecture, music, history and religion, as they are incorporated into our lives throught this important year 2026 - the celebration of the United States' 250th anniversary.
As direct founders of the nation, our Freemasonic fraternity will be celebrating two and a half centuries of involvement with government, states and communities and studying and honoring the philosophies of our accomplished founders.
